Frequently Asked Questions
What are the differences between the wines of la Jasse, Montlobre and Vignes des Deux Soleils?
Why aren't BLB Vignobles wines certified Organic Agriculture?
Bruno Le Breton and the vineyard team have a very pragmatic approach to viticulture. For each treatment, we choose the treatment products according to 2 very simple criteria: the impact of the product on the Earth and the vine, and its impact on Men. Thus, we use products of natural origin but also of synthetic origin, because everything is not all white or all black and there are products as effective as they are beneficial in both families. Finally, we want to promote responsible consumption and the confusion of a product “good for everyone” displayed on the label does not suit our product.
What does the dual entity of producer-merchant mean?
BLB Vignobles works on the Domaines de la Jasse and Domaine Montlobre: harvest after harvest, we produce the grapes which will form the basis of the wines of la Jasse, Montlobre and Vignes des Deux Soleils. To guarantee the quality and quantity of our wines despite the vagaries of the weather, to all our customers wherever they are in the world, we have been working with partner producers in the region for more than 20 years. Together, we agree on our requirements in terms of sustainable development, and we vinify their wines ourselves before they are aged in our cellar.
